Friday Night Fights: Isn’t That Dan Kingdom?

Huh. I thought Bahlactus was the Enforcer?

Even more action with Batman, the council, and the greatest eight-page backup stories of all time can be found in the ridiculously awesome Manhunter: The Special Edition, by Archie Goodwin and Walt Simonson.

Congrats on the Friday Night Fights win…

Is that Klaus Janson inking those Simonson panels???

  2. Jon says:

I wonder if that first panel is where Geoff Johns got the “Rolling Head Of Pantha” idea from?

Come on, Chris. Nemesis Enforcer is more powerful than Don Johnson, and has to fight dirty against Sgt. Slaughter. Plus, he rates a comic two pack figure, so he’s nearly as popular as Scarface and Fred the Siegie. That’s gotta count for something.

  4. i named my female cat nemesis and her brother enforcer.

Dan Kingdom seems like an awfully strange thing to call your friend, Batman!

    No Arn Anderson jokes?

    WHOOOO!

  7. Mike P says:

What if the Enforcer, Nemesis, the Nemesis Enforcer, and the Enforcers all fought? Or had a party?

  8. Scott says:

Man, Simonsons’ take on the Aparo effect makes it seem more-than-usually fatal. Batman punched that guy so hard that the Aparo-burst has sunspots in it.

  9. Chris Sims says:

What if the Enforcer, Nemesis, the Nemesis Enforcer, and the Enforcers all fought? Or had a party?

Then we could go ahead and stop making comics, because there couldn’t possibly be anything better than that.

And the lesson here is: “Kids, never overuse a knuckle strike variation, because Batman will know who you are and pound the crap out of you.

    Best team-up EVER.

I think I read my copy of this to the point it fell apart.

    God Bless Walt Simonson.
