jeez I hate this show
Coach Sue makes me hot.
I’m curious as to your thoughts on this show, Chris-personally, it’s one of my favorite shows on TV, despite it’s pacing issues. It does seem like the kind of thing that might appeal to you, with your confessed love of teenage drama comics like Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane
@excel52: Man forget SMLMJ, Sims is open about his love for the Bring it On & High School Musical franchises. Glee would seem to be the perfect merging of both those things. All it needs is for Sue to face-kick a bear and it would probably be Sims’ favoritest thing ever…
I Must have missed the High School Musical posts, but I am kicking myself right now for forgetting Bring It On Week.
Glee = Cheerleaders sing Motown.
‘Nuff said, True Believer.
Oh, Wham! Truly you are the gift that keeps on giving.
Also, I may have to start watching this show now.
The cast did a good version of Keep Holding On, but to be honest, my criteria for bettering the original is basically that Avril Lavigne not sing it.
Glee is entertaining. One can ask no more of a tv show, but it gave us Sue Silvester on top of that: “I will go to the animal shelter and get you a kitty cat. I will let you fall in love with that kitty cat. And then on some dark cold night, I’ll steal away into your home and punch you in the face.”
Glee is OK, the songs are interesting most of the times though sometimes the plot and characters become too cliched but I guess it’s intentional (I hope so); also, Sue is an awesome character.
I really like Glee. Sue Sylvester is a brilliant character but the up-tempo, mazimum-JOY-WITH-EVERY-WORD!-HSM-style singing is a bit annoying.
