The ComicsAlliance Roundtable Review: Batman and Robin #13

For this week’s Roundtable Review, the ComicsAlliance staff takes on Batman and Robin #13 for an article that bounces back and forth between brainy analysis and straight up fan gushing like Chuck Taine.

And if that’s not a nerdy reference even by the ISB’s standards, then brother, I don’t know what is.

  1. This book continues to be fricken’ amazing. Best issue since Quitely left, maybe even better! Just so incredibly well-crafted since it began over 1000+ pages ago when the Morrison Bat-Epic began.

  2. I look forward to reading this roundtable in about a month when my DCB order comes in.

  3. This title (and The Return of Bruce Wayne) are Alan-Moore-level.

Thanks for nagging me about this, Chris. I tried the Professor Pyg issues, liked them but not enough to keep going.

But picked it up again around #8 after your incessant enthusiasm, and God Almighty! This (and Gail Simone) damn near makes up for everything else DC is doing.
