Wrestler Wisdom Fridays #33

Each week, the ISB endeavors to enlighten our readers by offering the unedited words of the Warrior Scholars of the squared circle, for who among us cannot benefit from the wisdom of Macho Madness, Hulkamania, or the American Dream? The instruction we offer should be considered carefully, meditated on, and applied to one’s own life for the enrichment of the self and others.

  1. Randy Savage–the most underrated wrestler ever! OH YEAH!!

Kool-Aid Man’s got nothin’ on him.

  2. I don’t think you can call Savage under-rated. WWE have played him down in their history for whatever reason, but his prime is still very well regarded. The Mania III match with Steamboat is still considered one of the greatest ever, for example. Just a shame he kept wrestling after about 1998, because I don’t think he’s had a single good match since then.

    (Except as BONESAW MCGRAW~~!)
