Spooktoberfest Special: The 7 Strangest Supernatural Characters in Comics

Halloween is just around the corner, and ComicsAlliance is ramping up its Spooktoberfest celebrations accordingly. Today, I’ve got a rundown of seven supernatural characters that are just bizarre, even by super-heroic standards.

Including three I’m totally trying to get the rights to.

  1. Just to clear up a bit of Marvel Mythos, is it true that the Ghost Rider was inspired when Tony Isabella saw a tattoo of a hog-rider w/ a flaming skull-head?

  2. I showed this cover to my girlfriend (because it’s awesome) she said “Hey that’s the man-thing!”
I was pretty impressed so I asked if she knew who the other ones where and she said “Flaming Death Skull, Vampire Dracula Zombie and that just looks like a regular werewolf.”

It was a great moment in my life so I wanted to share it with someone who helped it happen.
