Post navigation ← Previous Next → Let’s Fly Commercial With the Batman! Posted on November 18, 2008 by Chris Sims Kevin has more.
Glad to see you continue to exert your influence all over the comics blogosphere, Sims.
oh man, i headed over to Kevin’s site, and I gotta say, you’re both geniuses. you could do bits with this panel every day (a la dinosaur comics: http://www.qwantz.com) and i wouldn’t complain at all. HILARIOUS.
As soon as I saw a panel of Batman flying coach — in full costume, no less — one word immediately sprang to mind: Haney.
Is that Stan Lee sitting behind Richard Dragon?
Looking at it again, why is it broken into two panels? It doesn’t place or time scene at all and the bubbles scan in the right order without it.
Maybe the plane has roll bars.
I wonder if they both get the chicken or if they put in ahead of time for special meals.
That was fantastic…
“I will take him down like THIS, son” – are you sure this was written by Haney and not, say, Ghostface Killah?
It’s tough to stand in the shadow of giants, but I couldn’t pass this up…
I always hate it when I fly and get stuck next to someone who wants to talk…
Chris (not Sims): That was funny as hell. It actually took me a second to figure out the Bat-Mite reference.
You probably heard this already, Chris, but I would be ill advised not to pass on the best of new.
Hasbro seems to be planning on a ROM, SPACEKNIGHT revival.
They’ve been securing the trademarks like it’s going out of style.
Chris did you by any chance catch the new Brave and the Bold Cartoon?
its pretty amazing
See yesterday’s post.
lol didn’t even read the opening of that
Episode 2 is Plastic Man
and as for other characters
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/index.html?curid=16757649 has a list of the confirmed characters to be coming
So: in the 70s, did one summon one’s stewardess by snapping their fingers?
Or was it some sort of I Dream of Jeannie fad?
