Ah, Dredd! He always has something up his sleeve…
In this case, Judge Fear’s teeth.
We need more Judge Dredd in our comics. It’s that simple.

If only there were more men with the subtlety and eloquence of Judge Dredd, master raconteur.
You know, there are some things that will just never die. Rock and Roll is up there, love is on the list according to daytime TV, etc. etc… but “Gaze into the fist of Dredd!” is Christlike.
Damn I miss growing up with Dredd, good times.

Back in the day, when I use to haunt the Warren Ellis Forum, Ellis posted that as an example of the greatest panel ever. Rightly so.
Judge Dredd and Brian Bolland – top combo. Shame you used the horrible Eagle/Quality colour version. It looks so much better in black and white.

Warren Ellis said that this Dredd panel was the greatest panel of all time over on Daily Scans. Beating out a panel of a giant Charles Barkley playing basketball with Godzilla.
The second greatest panel of all time was one in which Lex Luthor stole 40 pies.

It warms my heart to know that out of all the panels on that thread, at least four of them come from this very blog.
You’d think Stallone could have pulled that off. I’m going to imagine that being Rob Schneider’s face being pulped. Now I’m content.
