Warrior Wisdom Fridays #4

As a service to our readership, each installment of Warrior Wisdom Fridays will provide an inspirational (and actual) quote from the Ultimate Warrior so that those who read it may take it to heart and reflect on how it may improve their lives. Installments of WWF should be accompanied by fifteen to twenty minutes of meditation and reflection, aided by soft music or strong herbal tea.

  1. Truly, he could cut a promo like no one else in the business.

Though, that may be because nobody else was as ****-all insane enough to cut a promo the way he did.

  2. I think he’s getting himself confused with Superman in the beginning. Who can tell? I mean, isn’t that the way it worked on Smallville, with Clark coming as a conquerer or something but had Martha and John’s influence? I can’t bring myself to watch it anymore. Or am I thinking of Goku from Dragonball?

With the Ultimate Warrior, maybe both.

  3. The Warrior once sent “The Power of The Warrior” down my throat. But we agreed it was best not to speak of it again.

  4. It’s like someone crossed Superman’s origin with x-treme nineties “Guy Gardner: Warrior” and jacked up the three-eyed, flipper-handed results on crystal meth and Drano.

It is a thing of great and terrible beauty.

  5. To best assimilated his Warrior wisdom I say ditch the herb tea and replace it with grain alcohol, it then makes more sense.

  6. Warrior and comics didn’t mix so well the first time, but I would buy that Elseworlds just in hopes that they’d make another one ten years later slandering Super Warrior for being an unprofessional nut.

  7. Oh Chris, I just now remembered… PLEASE, please review the legendary Ultimate Warrior four issue comic book series (though if you could be the one man alive to get a copy of the two unreleased issues after that, I would be so much more awed by your greatness) unless you have already covered it. In which case I would love a link.

I remember reading a few reviews years ago, but I don’t think they were yours. And really, from how utterly insane that comic was, to the point of barely even qualifying as a comic, I cannot imagine a more perfect material for this blog.

  8. Seems to me he was sent in a capsule from a place gone from here and he came here for FOUR reasons. And he made his point beautifully.

  9. This promo is totes hilarious and bizarre. You should justify the text, so it makes for slightly easier reading. Otherwise I patiently wait for more Wisdom on Fridays.
