Roundtable Review: T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #1

It seems like forever since we’ve done one of these, but this week, the ComicsAlliance Roundtable Review is back with a look at THUNDER Agents #1, by Nick Spencer and CAFU! The Davids and I sit down to hash out what we liked and didn’t like about the issue, and in the process, I compare Rob Liefeld to Wally Wood, and we end up pitching the best DC Universe/Vertigo mashup of all time.

Plus, there’s a 9-page preview involved, so if you haven’t already read it, give it a shot! It’s no Jimmy Olsen, but really, what is? Either way, I liked it quite a bit!

  1. Huh. I missed that entirely, Aler, because I was too busy marvelling at the idea that Quitely is capable of drawing a person who doesn’t look like he’s carrying around ten extra pounds of water-bloat in his face.
